I'm Caroline England Harlin — a product leader based in New York. I was Convene's first product hire, spending five years building the CRM infrastructure that unified their sales teams, the apps that gave customers self-serve access to hospitality services, and the virtual events pivot that kept millions in contracted revenue on the books when every physical space closed in 2020.
Currently at Altus Power, one of the largest commercial-scale solar providers in the US, where I'm leading the digital transformation of how they manage assets internally and launching products to serve over 30,000 customers directly.
I'm drawn to problems where the stakes are real — infrastructure businesses running on spreadsheets, sales teams whose tools don't match how they work, customers who should be able to self-serve but can't.
