• Implemented a custom Salesforce instance purpose-built for two distinct sales teams (M&E and flex office), including automated deal-to-ops handoffs and recurring revenue tracking.
• Designed and launched WorkPlace, a customer app for flex office members to book rooms, order food, and manage guests — integrating three backend systems into a single mobile experience.
• Built Elevate, a multi-tenant platform bringing Convene's hospitality services into Class A real estate buildings as a branded tenant amenity.
• Scoped and shipped a virtual events offering within weeks of the March 2020 closures, retaining millions in contracted M&E revenue that would otherwise have been cancelled.
• Designed an end-to-end self-serve M&E booking experience for convene.com (discovery, configuration, pricing, checkout) — not shipped, but established the strategic case for a direct sales channel.
